Christine E. Thomas, MPH
Founder + Principal ConsultantI love noodling over the problems that others often can’t quite figure out, finding joy in connecting the dots between data and impact within multilateral donors, NGOs, and community-based partners. I thrive at the intersection of evaluation, impact measurement, and strategic learning to ensure each person in the room understands how to make sense of data in real time and push the needle forward on systemic change.
I bring over a decade of experience working across global health, climate, and social impact, supporting domestic and international organizations to make data-informed decisions that center equity and strategic learning. Whether I’m embedded in a long-term evaluation, consulting on an outcome harvesting exercise, facilitating a theory of change workshop, or advising on data use strategy, I prioritize collaboration, clarity, and accountability to the communities we aim to serve.
I get energized building learning systems, evaluating impact, and supporting equity-driven adaptation. This has led to my management of multi-million-dollar MEL portfolios (>$115M), multi-country mixed methods data collection, facilitation support for organizations from five to 500 staff members, or designing a social inclusive responsive qualitative study from scratch.
I would love to bring my expertise to your organization and team. Let’s collaborate!
