Hey, You.

Yes, You!

I have a feeling you’re in the right place if you’ve been struggling to figure out how to make the 15 different careers in your head fit into one lifetime. You’ve been told that you’re “nontraditional” and it can feel like that’s both a blessing and a curse.

I know how it feels to have a vision that doesn’t quite “fit the mold”. One that you feel like you can sort of put into words, but you’d love to workshop with somebody to see if it makes any sense. Maybe you’ve tried in the past and it’s somewhat worked out with a mentor, but that didn’t stick. Maybe you’ve felt that you can’t reach out until you have more of the puzzle pieces together.

Maybe you’ve struggled finding someone who really just gets you.

I am passionate about preparing the next generation of BIPOC leaders for careers in the arts, social impact, public health, MERL, and advocacy. I recognize how challenging it can be to search for the elusive “mentor” when representation may not be readily available or you look for that elusive “right fit”. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey and help you craft a professional vision and plan that fits your passion and goals.

Emerging professionals seeking mentorship often want to better understand careers in the arts, evaluation, research, and organizational learning, areas that shape much of the work carried out through Limitless Creativity. Together, we can craft a path that looks and feels like you.

  • "Christine is a rare kind of mentor who is genuine, direct, and deeply attentive to the people she supports. She truly sees you. Over the years we have worked together, she helped me clarify my guiding purpose, build confidence by walking through real world scenarios and hypotheticals, and stay accountable to the goals I set for myself. Christine has an extraordinary ability to deliver exactly the message you did not even know you needed to hear, always with honesty, care, and powerful motivation.

Christine is a deep listener, a fierce advocate for equity, and someone who builds meaningful and trusting connections with every mentee she works with. She will encourage you to stretch and grow, and she will also tell you when it is time to slow down, heal, and take better care of yourself to avoid burnout. Because of her mentorship, I opened doors I never imagined possible, including finding the courage to pursue a master’s degree and change industries. I am endlessly grateful for her guidance and support.”

  • “When I first entered the workforce, one of the main things I struggled with was setting boundaries for myself. When I worked [at one of my first post-undergrad jobs], I was so focused on navigating the complex and ever-demanding environment of consultancy while also figuring out how [to] grow professionally as well. However, I became so engulfed in the work to make sure that my Program Managers and Directors were pleased with my assistance and work that I never took the time to figure out what mattered specifically to me. Additionally, the fact that I never set boundaries for myself to devote time to what matters to me led to me working long hours and pushing my personal goals off to the side. However, when I met Christine during my tenure…she reminded me that “you do not live to work, you work to live.”

These words have stuck with me ever since I left [that job…and] grounded me in the reality that I should always make sure I prioritize what is important to me and set boundaries within work to pursue my personal professional growth. Additionally, she taught me how to advocate for myself for better opportunities and…to pursue my interests...Whether it was advocating [for my promotion] or whether it was advocating for me to take larger [technical project] roles…she became someone who I became to model given her leadership throughout the time we worked together

As I continue throughout my workforce journey, I have noticed that those words have led me to participate in initiatives that are of interest to me, such as joining my Diversity Inclusion Council at my current job and learning new skills and pursue professional goals such as achieving a Master’s in Sustainable Development (and hope to finish by the end of this year). Through her mentorship, I have grown each day and each day I am taking a step close to becoming the person I aspire to be, a leader.”

  • Christine has been a great mentor to me along my professional journey. She empowered me to advocate for myself in the workplace and provided key career development tips, whether it was how to better leverage my experiences during an interview or guidance on project stretch assignments. My time with her bolstered my professional confidence and I benefited greatly from her detailed, hands-on approach.”
