We prioritize the marriage between data and learning.
Beyond analysis, we bridge the gap between organizational learning and decisive action. By facilitating high-level workshops and learning sessions, we design sustainable systems that transfer internal knowledge into a competitive advantage for long-term strategic growth. The engagements below illustrate how structured learning processes, ranging from theory of change development to strategic convenings, help organizations align stakeholders, clarify priorities, and utilize learnings for practical implementation.
strategic framework development
theory of change + results framework facilitation
Complex programs often involve multiple partners working toward shared outcomes. I facilitated a cross-partner workshop to support the development of a theory of change and results framework for a water security, sanitation, and hygiene initiative. Bringing together technical staff and implementing partners, the session helped clarify program priorities, identify key outcomes, and establish shared indicators to guide implementation and learning.
facilitating organizational learning across teams
learning evaluation systems
Large programs often generate valuable experience but lack structured opportunities to reflect on what teams are learning. As Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist for the DEVELOP program, I facilitated learning discussions, supported evaluation framework development, and helped teams establish shared approaches to measurement and reflection.
Through workshops, strategic discussions, and collaborative planning processes, this work supported teams across the program in strengthening how they approached evaluation and organizational learning.
international multi-stakeholder convening
global conference design + learning facilitation
Large convenings can foster meaningful exchange when designed with participation and learning in mind. For a global conference on gender equality, I supported agenda development, designed interactive learning sessions, and co-developed a gallery walk that encouraged dialogue among public, private, nonprofit, and research partners.
I also designed and facilitated staff care workshops to support participants working on highly sensitive issues, while leading conference-wide learning assessments to capture participant feedback and identify recommendations for future engagement.
